Right on Target at Bows and Arrows

If you have a gentleman in your life that is a sneaker connoiseur, Bows and Arrows on Telegraph Ave in Berkeley is the place to go for a new kicks.

Sleek and spare, this small shop is all about the shoes. With plain white shelves stocked with row after row of Vans, Nike, alife NYC, and of course, our old friend Chuck, you won't have to worry about wearing the same shoe as the guy sitting next to you.

FF loved the bright solid colors of alife NYC - men need no longer be afraid of bold, bright colors and quirky patterns. In fact, these two East Bay gals think it's kind of sexy. We also loved the revival of awesome 80's high tops, but with more modern colors and design.

And if you're a fan of the classic Van, mix it up a little with all the crazy patterns they now offer. The opportunities are endless. And if you're looking for that elusive pair that you can't seem to find anywhere, check out the store's website. They feature daily and weekly updates on new arrivals, and also give info on art showings in the store and specialty items.

And girls, don't worry, they also carry a nice selection of kicks for the ladies. This is a definitely a store that you can both agree on.
